Veteran fan favorite Manny Pacquiao is one of the most decorated fighters in boxing history, and in 2019, he added to his already-gleaming résumé in the sport.
Set to make his return to the ring following a lengthy four-year retirement, Pacquiao will fight Mario Barrios this weekend, competing for the WBC welterweight championship in Las Vegas.

And sidelined since his loss to Yordenis Ugas, Filipino sensation Pacquiao’s most recent win in the ring, however, saw him crack a rather impressive new record.

In his most recent win, Pacquiao handed a stunning upset loss to the unbeaten Keith Thurman to win the WBA super welterweight championship.
Turning in a split decision win over the defending gold holder, Pacquiao became the oldest welterweight to win a world championship in boxing history, at a staggering 40 years and 215 days old.
And this weekend, Pacquiao has the chance to win the WBC championship opposite Barrios — and extend his record, currently sitting at 46 years of age.

Travelling up and down weight divisions throughout his professional career in the ring, Pacquiao is an eight-weight champion in the sport.
And with that incredible feat, the Philippines’ favorite holds the record for most title wins in separate divisions.
